Equipment Rental Safety and Liability Waiver

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that the use of inflatable equipment, bounce houses, water slides, and related party equipment ("Equipment") involves inherent risks including but not limited to: bodily injury, property damage, and other risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries.

Safety Guidelines

• • Adult supervision is required at all times when equipment is in use
• • Maximum occupancy and weight limits must be observed at all times
• • No shoes, jewelry, or sharp objects allowed on equipment
• • No food, drinks, or gum allowed on equipment
• • Equipment must not be used during inclement weather (rain, lightning, high winds over 25 mph)
• • Users must be within the specified age range for each piece of equipment

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• • Provide adequate adult supervision at all times
• • Ensure all users follow safety guidelines
• • Immediately stop use if unsafe conditions develop
• • Keep equipment clean and in good condition during rental period
• • Report any damage or malfunction immediately
• • Provide safe access to delivery location

Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to rent and use the Equipment, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sugar Rush Party Co LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while using the Equipment.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sugar Rush Party Co LLC from any loss or damage arising out of the use of the Equipment, including but not limited to damage to property or injury to persons.
