    What's included in the rental price?
    Every rental includes free delivery, professional setup, takedown, and all necessary equipment (blowers, extension cords, stakes). We also provide safety instructions and are available for emergency support during your event.
    Do you provide liability insurance?
    Yes! We carry comprehensive liability insurance and provide certificates of insurance upon request. Our coverage protects both Sugar Rush Party Co and our customers during rental periods.
    What happens if it rains on my event day?
    We understand weather can be unpredictable! If severe weather makes setup unsafe, we offer free rescheduling or full refunds. Light rain doesn't typically affect most inflatables, but we'll work with you to ensure everyone stays safe and has fun.
    How much space do I need for setup?
    Space requirements vary by unit, but generally you'll need the unit dimensions plus 3-5 feet clearance on all sides. We also need access to standard electrical outlets within 100 feet. Our team will discuss specific requirements during booking.
    Are your inflatables safe for all ages?
