1. Deposit Policy
⚠️ All Deposits Are Non-Refundable
All deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable under any circumstances. This deposit secures your rental date and covers administrative costs.
2. Cancellation Timeline
48+ Hours Before Event
Refund of remaining balance only (deposit is non-refundable)
24-48 Hours Before Event
50% refund of remaining balance (deposit is non-refundable)
Less Than 24 Hours
No refund (deposit and balance forfeited)
3. Weather-Related Cancellations
We understand that Missouri weather can be unpredictable! For weather-related cancellations, we offer flexible options regardless of timing:
- Refund of Balance: Remaining balance refunded (deposit is non-refundable)
 - Free Rescheduling: Move your rental to any available date within 1 year (deposit transfers to new date)
 - Weather Conditions: Lightning, heavy rain, or winds over 25 mph
 
Note: Even for weather-related cancellations, deposits remain non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled date.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Free Rescheduling
- Weather-related: Anytime, no fees
 - 48+ hours notice: One free reschedule
 - Medical emergencies: Case-by-case basis
 
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your rental:
- Call us immediately at (417) 501-5319
 - Have your order number or booking information ready
 - We'll confirm your cancellation/reschedule via email
 - Refunds (of remaining balance only) are processed within 3-5 business days
 
6. Special Circumstances
We understand that life happens. We'll work with you on:
- Medical Emergencies: Documentation may be required
 - Military Deployment: Special accommodation for service members
 - Family Emergencies: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
 - Venue Changes: May require delivery fee adjustment
 
7. Equipment Issues
If we need to cancel due to equipment failure or safety concerns:
- Full refund of all payments including deposit
 - Priority booking for replacement date
 - Assistance finding alternative equipment
 
8. No-Show Policy
If no one is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, this is considered a no-show. Full rental fees apply (deposit and balance forfeited), but we'll work with you to reschedule delivery the same day if possible.
9. Refund Processing
Important: Remember that deposits are non-refundable. Only the remaining balance may be refunded based on our cancellation timeline.
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days for balance refunds
 - Cash/Check: Same day or next business day for balance refunds
 - Deposits: Non-refundable in all cases
