1. Agreement Terms

By booking rental equipment from Sugar Rush Party Co LLC ("Company," "we," "our"), you ("Customer," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation
• Full payment is due upon delivery of equipment
• We reserve the right to cancel rentals due to safety concerns, including weather
• Minimum rental period is 8 hours unless otherwise agreed

3. Payment Terms

• Deposit: 50% of total rental cost required at booking
• Balance: Due on delivery day via cash, check, or credit card
• Late fees: 5% of total rental cost per day after agreed pickup time
• Damage fees: Customer is responsible for repair or replacement costs

4. Delivery and Setup

• Delivery and setup are included in rental cost within our standard service area
• Customer must provide clear access to setup location
• Electrical outlet within 100 feet of setup location required
• We reserve the right to refuse setup in unsafe locations

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide continuous adult supervision during equipment use
• Ensure all safety rules are followed
• Keep equipment clean and free from damage
• Report any issues or damage immediately
• Secure equipment during overnight rentals

6. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use during inclement weather (rain, lightning, winds over 25 mph)
• Exceeding weight or occupancy limits
• Allowing users outside specified age ranges
• Use of shoes, jewelry, or sharp objects on equipment
• Food, drinks, or smoking on equipment
• Moving or repositioning equipment without authorization

7. Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
• 24-48 hours: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund unless weather-related
• Weather cancellations: Full refund or reschedule at no charge

8. Liability and Insurance

• Customer assumes all risk and liability for equipment use
• Company carries general liability insurance
• Customer is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Company is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government regulations.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Greene County, Missouri.
